4. Consent
Your consent is requested every time a form is submitted. SMS consent is conditional on providing a phone number. Marketing consent is always optional. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to christian@sanscartier.ca.
5. Disclosure to third parties
We do not sell or rent your information. Data may be shared with subcontractors strictly necessary to deliver our services:
- Cloudflare (United States / global edge) — static hosting (Cloudflare Pages) and operational technical logging (anonymized access logs).
- Aspyn AI Inc. (Longueuil, Quebec) — secure relay of form submissions (contact + estimate requests) to our internal email recipients (the forms.aspyn.ai service).
- Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare Inc.) — privacy-respecting anti-bot verification, with no persistent cookies and no advertising-profile tracking.
- Google Tag Manager + Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC, United States) — tag management and audience measurement. No tag fires until you give explicit consent via the cookie banner (Google Consent Mode v2 default-denied). If you decline or do not respond, no data is transmitted to Google.
All our subcontractors are bound by confidentiality terms equivalent to Quebec's Law 25.
6. Retention
Information is kept only as long as needed for the stated purpose — usually 24 months for inquiries that did not lead to a contract, longer only where required by law or contract.
